Being a pilates instructor I run my own instagram page. Here I post videos of pilates trends, and events I am invited to attend. This Instagram relies on knowing what sounds and hashtags to use based on trending, while also being able to edit videos and be creative in the process.

Throughout this process, I have also begun to run some of my studio TikToks, and grow their following on TikTok. Organising shoot days and recording relevant content.
